摘要
华龙一号反应堆厂房外层安全壳的原施工方案是在内层安全壳顶部支设脚手架作为混凝土模板支撑,此方案的进展周期较长,且施工作业困难,技术人员进行研究后,提出了外壳穹顶施工用钢模板方案,本文对钢模板方案对造价的影响进行了分析。钢模板的应用缩短了工期,提高了施工安全性,对华龙后续机型的研究与改进具有重要意义。
The original construction plan for the outer containment of the Hualong No.1 reactor building was to install scaffolding as a concrete template support at the top of the inner containment.The development period of this plan was long and the construction operation was difficult.After research by technical personnel,a steel template plan for the construction of the outer shell dome was proposed.This article analyzes the impact of the steel template plan on the cost.The application of steel formwork has shortened the construction period and improved construction safety,which is of great significance for the research and improvement of Hualong's subsequent models.
