摘要
孟底沟水电站是雅砻江中游七级开发方案中的第五个梯级,采用坝式开发,坝型为混凝土双曲拱坝,最大坝高198m。为确保主坝上下游边坡施工材料及设备吊运,故在大坝拱肩槽下游附近和大坝上游约500m处分别设2台固定式缆索起重机。其地质条件复杂、落差大、多悬崖峭壁、交通不便,且固定式缆机体积大、安装要求高、索索干扰大,导致施工难度大;经过技术措施优化和总结,确保固定式缆机顺利安装完成。
Mengdigou Hydropower Station is the fifth cascade in the seven stage development plan of the middle reaches of the Yalong River.It adopts a dam type development,with a concrete hyperbolic arch dam and a maximum dam height of 198m.To ensure the lifting of construction materials and equipment for the upstream and downstream slopes of the main dam,two fixed cable cranes are installed near the downstream arch shoulder groove and approximately 500m upstream of the dam.Its geological conditions are complex,with large drops,multiple cliffs and steep cliffs,inconvenient transportation,and fixed cable cranes have large volumes,high installation requirements,and significant cable interference;After optimizing and summarizing technical measures,we ensured the smooth installation of the fixed cable crane.
