摘要
交叉口路面因频繁制动、交通量大等原因导致车辙、推移病害严重,本文依托华东某国道交叉口沥青路面车辙处治工程,提出一种高模量沥青混合料中面层加抗车辙剂沥青混合料上面层的沥青路面铺装结构,并开展试验段实施与研究,对比传统铺装方案关键技术指标,并介绍相应的施工工艺。结果表明,高模量沥青混合料和抗车辙剂沥青混合料均表现出较好的高温性能,两种材料复合使用后的路面铺装结构工后效果良好,可有效保证国道交叉口路面铺装的质量,提高沥青路面的高温稳定性和耐久性。
Due to frequent braking and high traffic volume,the road surface at intersections is prone to serious rutting and displacement diseases.Based on the rutting treatment project of a national highway intersection in East China,this paper proposes a high modulus asphalt mixture pavement structure with added anti rutting agent in the middle layer and upper layer of asphalt mixture.Experimental implementation and research are carried out to compare the key technical indicators of traditional pavement schemes,and corresponding construction processes are introduced.The results show that both high modulus asphalt mixture and anti rutting agent asphalt mixture exhibit good high-temperature performance.The pavement structure after composite use of the two materials has a good post construction effect,which can effectively ensure the quality of pavement at national highway intersections,improve the high-temperature stability and durability of asphalt pavement.
