BIM在高层建筑改造施工中的应用研究——以锦沧文华广场项目为例

Research on the Application of BIM in High-rise Building Renovation Construction:Taking the Jincang Wenhua Plaza Project as an Example

2021年3月《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中提出将“城市更新”目标,城市更新意味着大量的既有建筑改造,其中不乏高层建筑的改造,本文研究的项目为高层建筑,高度接近超高层楼宇,将酒店功能转换为商业和办公功能,施工复杂,难度大,通过BIM在结构施工、安装施工和数字化应用方面的内容设计,取得了良好的应用效果,有效确保了工期,因此,在高层建筑改造过程中值得推广应用和进一步研究探索如深化设计施工应用方面。

In March 2021,the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of Long Range Objectives for 2035 proposed the goal of"urban renewal".Urban renewal means a large number of existing building renovations,including the renovation of high-rise buildings.The project studied in this article is high-rise buildings,which are close to super high-rise buildings in height.Transforming hotel functions into commercial and office functions requires complex and difficult construction.Through the content design of BIM in structural construction,installation construction,and digital application,good application effects have been achieved,effectively ensuring the construction period.Therefore,it is worth promoting and further researching and exploring in the process of high-rise building renovation,such as deepening the application of design and construction.
