摘要
随着绕城高速建设迅猛发展,路床填筑水泥土需求量越来越大,土方质量和数量严重制约着高速公路的发展。经试验检测,使用山皮石替代水泥土填筑路床,完全可以满足路床填筑性能要求,并且通过试验段确定了最优工艺参数,优化了施工工艺。采用山皮石代替水泥土,减少了土方需求,加快了施工进度,有效控制了施工成本,同时减少了对环境的影响,取得了较好的社会效益。
With the rapid development of the construction of the Ring Expressway,the demand for cement soil for roadbed filling is increasing,and the quality and quantity of soil seriously restrict the development of the expressway.Through experimental testing,it was found that using mountain stones instead of cement soil to fill the roadbed can fully meet the performance requirements of roadbed filling.The optimal process parameters were determined through the experimental section,and the construction process was optimized.The use of mountain stones instead of cement soil has reduced the demand for earthwork,accelerated construction progress,effectively controlled construction costs,and reduced the impact on the environment,achieving good social benefits.
