摘要
在石油与天然气行业,水力压裂法仍是提高油井采收率最有效的方法。聚合物作为压裂液的添加剂之一,在压裂工艺中发挥着重要作用。本文概述了在水基压裂液中聚合物作为减阻剂的减阻机理,分析了减阻结构,对其增黏机理进行了讨论,论述了聚合物聚丙烯酰胺交联金属的增黏机理,以及聚合物作为支撑剂涂层对压裂体系性能的改进及应用,讨论了聚合物在压裂液中面临的挑战及未来的发展方向。
In the oil and gas field,hytpaulic fracturing was the most effective method to increase the recovery of oil wells.Polymers played an important role in the fracturing process as one of the additives in fracturing fluids.In this paper,the drag reduction mechanism of polymers as drag reducing agents in water-based fracturing fluids was reviewed,the drag reduction structures was analyzed,their viscosity increasing mechanism was discussed,the viscosity increasing mechanism of polymeric polyacrylamide cross-linked metals and the improvement and application of polymers as proppant coatings to the performance of fracturing systems were described.The challenges faced by polymers in fracturing fluids and future perspectives were discussed.
