重油催化裂化装置变工况过程中NO_X达标排放的控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 某炼厂3.5Mt·a^(-1)重油催化裂化装置的烟气脱硝,采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)法脱硝技术,正常工况下,NO_(X)维持在100~140mg·m^(-3)(标准状态),排放值满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》中大气污染物NO_(X)排放值不大于200mg·m^(-3)(标准状态)的要求,但在变工况过程中,NO_(X)的排放值持续超标。本文介绍了不同环境下NO_(X)的生成机理以及NH_3还原NO_(X)的反应机理,分析了变工况下NO_(X)排放值持续超标的影响因素,提出了优化NO_(X)的控制措施,优化后NO_(X)的排放值可满足排放要求。
