摘要
针对在船舶上设计及安装废气SCR处理设备及系统的需求,以85 000 DWT散货船SCR系统装船样式为例,分析船用废气处理技术的类型及特点,以及SCR技术的要求和实际组成要素,船舶废气SCR处理系统的实际应用和工作流程分析表明,SCR废气处理技术在船舶系统实际应用过程中,设备安装、系统管路长度及走向,排气温度及尿素溶液喷射量控制等会影响废气中NOx的实际处理效果,系统设计需遵循一定的设计原则、布置方法,以及管线设计要求。
In view of the requirements of designing and installing the waste gas SCR treatment equipment and system on ships,taking the loading style of SCR system of 85000 DWT bulk carrier as an example,the types and characteristics of marine waste gas treatment technology,as well as the requirements and actual components of SCR technology were analyzed.The practical application and workflow analysis of marine waste gas SCR treatment system showed that in the practical application of SCR waste gas treatment technology in marine systems,equipment installation,system pipeline length and direction,exhaust temperature and urea solution injection volume control will affect the actual treatment effect of NO x in waste gas,and the system design should follow certain design principles,layout methods and pipeline design requirements.
