基于CFD-DPM方法的油雾探测器测量室改型设计

摘要 为提高油雾探测器的测量准确性和可靠性,防止油雾颗粒附着在测量室内发生源或接收源壁面上,在原型测量室的基础上,基于CFD-DPM方法提出两种改型设计方案,使用多面体网格离散计算域,建立测量室内部空气-油雾颗粒双向耦合计算模型,计算结果表明,原型测量室有大量油雾颗粒附着在发生源和接收源壁面,两方案测量室附着的油雾颗粒情况不同,对原型和基本无油雾颗粒附着的方案二测量室进行防污试验,结果表明,当抽光油雾时,原型测量室油雾质量浓度读数无法回零,而方案二测量室的油雾质量浓度读数回零,证明方案二测量室可有效避免油雾颗粒附着在发生源和接收源壁面上,提升油雾探测器测量精度。 In order to improve measurement accuracy and reliability of the oil mist detector and prevent oil mist particles from adhering to the photoelectric generating source or receiving source in the measuring chamber,two modified design schemes were proposed by using CFD-DPM method based on the prototype measuring chamber.Using polyhedral grids discrete the computational domain.The bidirectional coupling calculation model of air-oil mist particles in measuring chamber was established.The calculation results indicated that a large number of oil mist particles were attached to walls of the generating source and receiving source in prototype measuring chamber;the conditions of oil mist particles attached to the measuring chamber of the two schemes are different.Anti-pollution experiment was carried out on the prototype and scheme 2 measuring chambers.The testing results showed that when oil mist is drained,the oil mist concentration readings of the prototype measuring chamber cannot return to zero,while those in scheme 2 return to zero,which prove that scheme 2 measuring chambers can effectively avoid oil mist particles attaching to the generating source and receiving source walls,and improve the measuring accuracy of the oil mist detector.
