半潜型浮式风电装备水池模型试验

摘要 为了探讨浮式风电装备固有特性、验证数值耦合仿真方法和一体化模型的准确性,以中国海装半潜型浮式风电装备参数为基础,进行全实物水池模型试验,介绍模型各部分设计的关键要素及环境条件的校对方法,对浮式风电装备固有特性结果与数值仿真模型进行对比分析,结果表明:采用重构叶片保证推力相似和叶尖速比相似能够解决雷诺数不相似的问题,但叶片质量分布与惯量控制较为困难,试验风场质量好坏,直接影响风轮推力标定是否满足要求,机组发电状态会增加系统的阻尼水平,在固有周期附近,会降低RAO峰值。 In order to study the system characteristics of floating wind turbine and verify the accuracy of numerical simulation,a tank model test procedure was described based on the parameters of CSSC Haizhuang semi-submersible floating wind turbine.The key elements of the design of each part of the model and the checking method of environmental conditions were introduced.The numerical results of the floating wind turbine system characteristics were compared with that of model test.The results showed that the redesign blade can satisfy the requirements,but the blade mass distribution and inertia control are difficult.The quality of the wind field directly influences whether the thrust calibration meets the requirements.The power production state will increase the damping level of the system,and reduce the RAO peak value near the natural period.
