摘要
研究了不同分散剂对碳纤维浆料的分散效果,结合光学显微镜(LM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和纸页力学性能测试等方法系统研究了碳纤维/芳纶复合纸的微观形貌、热力学行为,并分析了碳纤维/芳纶复合纸的力学性能,建立了碳纤维/芳纶复合纸内部碳纤维含量与介电性能的函数关系,为电磁屏蔽领域提供了具有吸波性能的纸基功能材料。实验结果表明,碳纤维/芳纶复合纸内纤维分布均匀、热稳定性较好、力学性能好、电磁性能稳定可控。
The dispersion effect of different dispersants on carbon fiber slurry was studied,and the microscopic morphology and thermodynamic behavior of carbon fiber/aramid fiber composite paper were systematically studied by optical microscope(LM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and paper page mechanical property test,and the mechanical properties of carbon fiber/aramid fiber composite paper were analyzed,and the functional relationship between carbon fiber content and dielectric properties inside carbon fiber/aramid fiber composite paper was established.Paper-based functional materials with absorbing properties are provided for the field of electromagnetic shielding.The experimental results show that the carbon fiber/aramid fiber composite paper has uniform fiber distribution,good thermal stability,good mechanical properties,,and stable and controllable electromagnetic properties.
