摘要
分别测试了东丽T800HB-6000聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维单丝和复丝的拉伸强度、弹性模量和断裂伸长率,其结果均值均接近给定参考值,但二者离散系数差异较大,单丝的均超过9%,而复丝均低于3%。分析差异性原因得出:复丝制样和测试过程更稳定可控,结果能更好地表征产品的实际性能。
The tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation at break of Toray T800HB-6000 polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber were tested respectively.The mean values of the results were close to the reference values given by the manufacturer,but the dispersion coefficients of the two were significantly different,while the single-filaments is more than 9%and multifilament is less than 3%.The reasons for this difference are analyzed,and it is concluded that the process of carbon fiber multifilament sample preparation and testing are more stable and controllable,and the results can better characterize the actual performance of the product.
