“协同融合”服装陈列“三二三”人才培养模式探索

摘要 新技术、新业态、新模式发展迅猛的服装产业对服装陈列与展示设计专业高素质技术技能人才培养提出了新的要求。通过对传统校企合作现代学徒制教学模式的问题分析,依托区域龙头服装品牌企业,探索、创新了协同融合的服装陈列与展示设计专业“三二三”现代学徒制人才培养模式。该模式的实施提升了学生的职业能力、职业素养以及对新业态的适应能力,推动了现代学徒制试点工作在区域的顺利进行。 With the rapid development of new technology,new formats and new models,the garment industry has put forward new requirements for the training of highly qualified technical talents in the specialty of garment display and exhibition design.Through the analysis of the problems in the traditional school-enterprise cooperated modern apprenticeship teaching mode,relying on the regional leading clothing brand enterprises,the author explores and innovates the"three two three"modern apprenticeship talent trainingmode of collaboratively integrated garment display and exhibition specialty.The implementation of this mode has improved the students’vocational ability,professional quality and adaptability to new forms of business,and promoted the smooth progress of modern apprenticeship pilot work in the region.
