变频涡旋压缩机噪声特性及降噪方法研究

摘要 针对变频涡旋压缩机噪声过大的问题,对不同工况及转速下涡旋压缩机的噪声特性进行了研究。在全消声室中,采用噪声采集系统对压缩机不同工况及转速下的噪声特性进行了测试,发现涡旋压缩机在中转速(70 r/s)下有额外的噪声,且该噪声主要源自于排气阀机构。在此基础上优化排气阀机构,采用圆片排气阀来替代舌簧阀,降低由气阀反向运动拍击阀座带来的额外噪声。研究结果表明,相比于舌簧排气阀,压缩机中温工况下,转速分别为30,70,110 r/s时的总声压级分别下降0.99,3.83,1.82 dB,而低温工况下降更加明显,转速分别为30,70,110 r/s时的总声压级依次下降1.42,4.15,1.98 dB。研究结果将为低噪声变频涡旋压缩机的设计提供理论和技术支持。 In order to solve the problem of excessive noise of variable frequency scroll compressor,the noise characteristics of scroll compressor under different working conditions and speed were studied in detail.In the full anechoic chamber,the noise acquisition system is used to test the noise characteristics of the compressor under different working conditions and speed,and it is found that the scroll compressor has additional noise under the medium speed(70 rps),and the noise is mainly from the exhaust valve mechanism.On this basis,the exhaust valve mechanism is optimized,and the disc exhaust valve is used instead of the reed valve to reduce the extra noise caused by the reverse movement of the valve to slap the valve seat.The research results show that compared with the reed exhaust valve,the total sound pressure level of 30,70 and 110 rps under medium temperature conditions decreases by 0.99,3.83 and 1.82 dB respectively,while the total sound pressure level of 30,70 and 110 rps under low temperature conditions decreases by 1.42,4.15 and 1.98 dB successively.The research results will provide theoretical and technical support for the design of inverter scroll compressor with low noise.
