锌铝尖晶石对高铝质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文以氧化锌和氧化铝为原料,采用固相烧结法合成锌铝尖晶石,研究氧化锌与氧化铝摩尔比分别为1.0∶0.9、1.0∶1.0和1.0∶1.1时,产物锌铝尖晶石的结构变化,并讨论锌铝尖晶石对高铝质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:当氧化锌与氧化铝摩尔比为1.0∶0.9时,由于氧化锌过量,在高温下失氧挥发,锌铝尖晶石颗粒表面为微孔结构;当氧化锌与氧化铝摩尔比为1.0∶1.0(标准摩尔比)时,锌铝尖晶石颗粒表面较光滑,晶格应变值最小,为0.08586,能够更多地捕获钢渣中的锰离子和铁离子;当氧化锌与氧化铝摩尔比为1.0∶1.1时,锌铝尖晶石颗粒表面粗糙;添加标准摩尔比锌铝尖晶石的高铝质浇注料结构更致密,强度最高且抗渣性能最优。 In this paper,gahnite(ZnAl_(2)O_(4))was prepared with solid phase reaction by ZnO and Al_(2)O_(3)as raw materials.The micro-structure change of ZnAl_(2)O_(4)was researched when ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)molar ratios were 1.0∶0.9,1.0∶1.0 and 1.0∶1.1,respectively.In addition,the effect of ZnAl_(2)O_(4)on properties of high alumina castables were studied.The results show that when the molar ratio of ZnO to Al_(2)O_(3)is 1.0∶0.9,due to the excessive ZnO,it volatilizes because of the removal of O_(2)-to produce liquid phase,and the surface of ZnAl_(2)O_(4)particles is microporous structure.When the molar ratio of ZnO and Al_(2)O_(3)is 1.0∶1.0(standard molar ratio),the surface of ZnAl_(2)O_(4)particles with standard molar ratio is smooth.The lattice strain value(0.08586)of standard molar ratio ZnAl_(2)O_(4)is the smallest,which can capture more manganese ions and iron ions in steel slag.When the molar ratio of ZnO to Al_(2)O_(3)is 1.0∶1.1,the surface of ZnAl_(2)O_(4)particles is rough.The high alumina castable with standard molar ratio ZnAl_(2)O_(4)has denser structure,highest strength and best slag resistance.
