论新时代高校专业课程教师行动研究

摘要 新时代对高校专业人才培养提出了新的要求,如何切实提高教学能力,使专业课在人才培养工作中发挥更大的作用,是当前高校专业课教师亟须解决的重要问题。行动研究是一种行之有效的反思研究,因而对新时代高校专业课教师行动研究的内涵、特点、模式以及注意问题进行了详细剖析,并对行动研究法在专业课教学中的应用进行了具体阐述。高校教师可将此研究方法应用到专业课教学中,以不断提高专业课教学水平,有效解决教学工作中的新问题。 The new era has put forward new requirements for professional talent cultivation in universities.How to effectively improve teaching ability and make professional courses play a greater role in the work of talents cultivation is an important issue that teachers of professional courses in universities need to solve at present.Action research is a kind of effective reflective research.In this paper,we analyze in detail the connotation,characteristics,mode and the problems that should be paid attention to in action research for teachers of professional courses in universities,and the application of action research method in the teaching of professional courses.And teachers can apply this research method to the teaching of professional courses in order to continuously improve the teaching level of professional courses and effectively solve new problems in teaching work.
