小麦加工技术虚拟仿真教学平台的构建与应用

摘要 为了解决传统的小麦加工实训中心建设投资大、维护更新成本高、占用场地大等问题,利用虚拟现实技术(VR)构建了小麦加工技术虚拟仿真教学平台。该平台建设了工厂漫游、设备拆解组装和工艺流程认知三大模块,可满足教学、练习、考核三大功能。利用该平台开展虚拟仿真实训教学,学生可以以制粉工的角色处于小麦加工厂区的虚拟场景中,实现自主控制开展人机交互,完成岗位任务,并与传统实训环节相互补充,保证实训流程的完整性,加深学生对理论知识的理解和实操技能的掌握,增强学习效果。 In order to solve the problems of the traditional wheat processing training center,such as large construction investment,high maintenance and renewal cost,and large space occupation,the virtual simulation teaching platform of wheat processing technology is constructed by using virtual reality technology(VR).The platform has three modules:the teaching,practice and assessment of factory roaming,equipment dismounting and process flow.According to the platform,learners can independently control human-machine interactive in the virtual scene of flour mills and complete tasks as a miller.The platform can be used to carry out virtual simulation training teaching,which can complement traditional training links,ensure the integrity of the training process,help students understand theoretical knowledge,master skills and enhance the learning effect.
