摘要
以“园林工程施工”课程为例,分析了课程思政建设的不足,从课程思政总体设计、教学实施、考核评价三方面进行教学改革。其中,总体设计方面包括确立“四匠”园林工匠人才培养课程思政总体目标,优化课程思政内容供给;教学实施方面包括创立“一核心双轴线三类型”课程思政建设模式、开发“一高三优”园林工匠培养课程思政教学资源、构建“四匠—能力指标”课程思政育人目标体系、重构施工员岗位“四阶段”立德树人教学过程、实施“任务驱动+角色扮演”劳动教育;考核评价方面包括建立课程线上线下、理实一体、多方主体评价机制。
Taking the course of landscape engineering construction as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the ideological and political construction of the course,and carries out teaching reform from three aspects:the overall design of the curriculum ideology and politics,teaching implementation,and evaluation.The overall design includes establishing the overall goal of ideological and political education for the“Four Craftsmen”landscape craftsman talent training course,and optimizing the supply of ideological and political content for the course.The teaching implementation includes five aspects:establishing the“one core,two axes,and three types”curriculum ideology and politics construction model,developing the“one high and three optimization”garden craftsman training curriculum ideology and politics teaching resources,constructing the“four craftsman ability indicators”curriculum ideology and politics goal system,reconstructing the“four stages”moral education and personnel cultivation teaching process for construction workers,and implementing the“task driven+role playing”labor education,establishing an online and offline course evaluation mechanism that integrates theory and practice,and multiple subjects.
