摘要
在传统的麻醉学专业本科生麻醉实习过程中,教师往往更加注重临床知识和临床技能的传授,对教学评价重视不足。成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)是以学生为主体、以成果为导向,根据教育成果反向设计教学过程并持续改进的教育理念,在实施过程中以成果为目的,以评价为依据,实现持续改进。基于OBE教育理念构建麻醉实习实践教学评价体系,实行麻醉实习阶段多元、多维度评价,并且注重形成性评价与终结性评价的结合,以提高教学实践质量,逐步提升学生的实践能力。
Teachers often pay more attention to the output,focus on teaching of clinical knowledge and skills for anesthesiology students under traditional anesthesia practice teaching,and pay less attention to teaching evaluation.Outcome-based education(OBE)is a student-centered educational concept that teachers focus on students,educational outcomes,according to the educational outcomes reversely design teaching strategies,and then evaluate the achievement of outcomes so as to construct the continuous improvement system.The outcomes in the implementation process are the purpose,and the evaluation is the basis to achieve continuous improvement.Based on the OBE education concept,this paper constructs the evaluation system of anesthesia practice teaching,implements the all-round and multi-dimensional evaluation of anesthesia practice teaching,and pays attention to the combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation,so as to improve the quality of teaching practice and gradually improve students’practical ability.
