系统性培训方法在支气管镜教学中的应用与研究

摘要 为探讨系统性培训方法在支气管镜教学中的应用,选取13名呼吸科单培医生作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组采用系统性培训法带教,对照组采用常规教学法带教。培训结束后,比较两组学员在支气管镜操作相关内容理论考试、单次全程操作时间、管腔识别度等方面的差异。结果显示,研究组的理论考试成绩、单次全程操作时间和管腔识别度等均明显优于对照组(t分别=2.24,-2.93,2.22;p均<0.05)。因此,系统教学法可以有效提高呼吸介入进修医师在支气管镜操作方面的理论及操作技能。 To explore the application of systematic training methods in bronchoscopy teaching,thirteen trainee physicians in the respiratory department were divided into a control group and a study group,and participated in two different bronchoscopy training modes.The two groups of trainees will be assessed and compared with the theoretical examination of bronchoscopy related content,the difference in the single full operation time,the ability of tracheal lumen recognition after the training.After the assessment,the study group has more better result than the control group in theoretical test score,a single completion time(minute)and the ability of tracheal lumen recognition.The systematic teaching method can effectively improve the bronchoscopy operation level of respiratory physicians.
