The Inner Logic of the Party's Leadership in Comprehensive Rule of Law Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的全局和战略高度定位法治、布局法治、厉行法治,把全面依法治国纳入“四个全面”战略布局,创造性地提出了全面依法治国的一系列新理念新思想新战略。全面依法治国凝聚了百年来党治国理政的大智慧,在继承中创新,在创新中发展,在新的起点上创造了新的辉煌成就,形成了推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的新经验。党领导全面依法治国具有四重内在逻辑,即富含深刻的历史逻辑、厚重的实践逻辑、系统的制度逻辑和科学的理论逻辑。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi jinping as the core has positioned the rule of law,the layout of the rule of law,and the enforcement of the rule of law from the overall and strategic height of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has incorporated the comprehensive rule of law into the“four comprehensive”strategic layout and creatively put forward a series of new ideas,new thought and new strategies for the comprehensive rule of law.The comprehensive rule of law has condensed the great wisdom of the Party in governing the country over the past century.Through innovating in inheritance,developing in innovation,and creating new brilliant achievements at a new starting point,new experiences in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities are formed.In fact,the comprehensive rule of law under the leadership of the Party has four inherent logic,rich in profound historical logic,important practical logic,systematic institutional logic,and powerful theoretical logic.
