过敏性紫癜发病机制的研究进展

The research progress on the pathogenesis of Henoch-Schönlein purpura

近年来,随着免疫病理技术的发展,过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schönlein purpura,HSP)的病理特征及免疫特点逐渐显现,同时人们对HSP发病机制的认识也逐渐深入。研究显示,感染、食物过敏、疫苗接种、遗传、免疫紊乱等因素与HSP的发生发展相关。本文从外部因素、遗传易感性及免疫微环境三个方面综述近3年HSP在基因学及免疫学方面的发病机制。

In recent years,with the development of immunopathological techniques,the pathological and immune characteristics of Henoch-Schönlein purpura(HSP)have gradually emerged,and people's understanding of the pathogenesis of HSP is gradually deepening.Studies have shown that infection,food allergy,vaccination,genetic factors,immune disorders and other factors are related to the occurrence and development of HSP children.This paper reviews some research achievements in genetics and immunology of the pathogenesis of HSP in the past 3 years,mainly summarizing from the three aspects of external factors,genetic susceptibility,immune microenvironment.
