基于CiteSpace中医药治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的可视化分析

Visualization of myocardial injury in sepsis treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace

目的利用CiteSpace软件探索中医药治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的研究现状及趋势。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务中心、维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统中建库至2023年5月已发表的脓毒症心肌损伤相关文献。运用文献计量学软件CiteSpace 6.1.R3对纳入文献的发文量、作者、机构合作、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入292篇文献,自2006年以来文献数量总体呈上升趋势;共纳入208个机构,发文量最多的机构为广州中医药大学;该领域发文量最大是钱风华、胡丹丹,高发文量的核心作者还有彭晓洪等,形成核心作者团队;关键词显示本领域研究主要集中于中医药治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的作用机制和临床研究,其中血必净、炎症反应、氧化应激、川芎嗪、电针等高频关键词均为研究热点。结论中医药治疗脓毒症心肌损伤仍处于发展阶段,中医药治疗脓毒症心肌损伤机制和临床研究为研究趋势,今后注重研究深度并开展高质量研究。

Objective To explore the research status and trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myocardial injury in sepsis by CiteSpace software.Methods The published literatures on myocardial injury in sepsis were retrieved by computer from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Service System from inception to May 2023.The bibliometrics software CiteSpace 6.1.R3 was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,institutional cooperation,and keywords of the included literatures.Results A total of 292 literatures were included.Since 2006,the number of literatures showed an overall upward trend.There were 208 institutions,and the institution with the largest number of literatures was Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Qian Fenghua and Hu Dandan had the largest number of papers published in this field,and the core authors with a high number of papers were Peng Xiaohong and others,form a core team of authors.Key words showed that the research in this field mainly focuses on the mechanism of action and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myocardial injury in sepsis.Among them,Xuebijing,inflammation,oxidative stress,ligustrazine,electroacupuncture and other high-frequency keywords were the research hotspots.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of myocardial damage in sepsis is still in the development stage.The mechanism and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of myocardial damage in sepsis are the research trend.In the future,we should pay attention to the depth of research and carry out high-quality research.
