摘要
当代社会的大学生承受的多重压力严重影响其身心健康。武术运动,将传统文化精神的培育与体育精神的培育交织。高校开展武术教育,不仅可以提高大学生的身体素质,还可以改善大学生心理健康。因此,文章主要探讨武术运动对大学生身心健康的影响,提出改善大学生在校期间身心健康的对策。
The multiple pressures faced by college students in contemporary society seriously affect their physical and mental health.Martial arts interweaves the cultivation of traditional cultural spirit with the cultivation of sports spirit.Carrying out martial arts education in universities can not only improve the physical fitness of college students,but also improve their mental health.Therefore,this study mainly explores the impact of martial arts on the physical and mental health of college students,to impr ove their physical and mental health during their school years.
