Under the background of fostering virtue via education,promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum is an important measure of educating students in universities.In order to provide reference and basis for the ideological and political teaching of sport health,this paper focused on discovering the ideological and political elements of sport health,exploring its integration in the process of curriculum teaching,and analyzing the case design of curriculum ideological and political teaching.
