纽曼系统护理模式在肝硬化失代偿期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Newman system nursing mode in patients with decompensated cirrhosis

目的探究纽曼系统护理模式在肝硬化失代偿期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年6月收治的160例肝硬化失代偿期患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组采用传统护理模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用纽曼系统护理模式干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我护理测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的简明生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理模式应用于肝硬化失代偿期患者中,能够降低并发症总发生率,提高自我护理能力,改善生活质量,值得在今后肝硬化失代偿期患者的临床护理中大力推广及应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Newman system nursing mode in patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Methods A total of 160 patients with decompensated cirrhosis admitted from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was intervened by Newman system nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman system nursing mode applied in patients with decompensated cirrhosis can reduce the total incidence of complications,improve self-care ability and the quality of life,it is worth promoting and applying in the clinical nursing of patients with decompensated cirrhosis in the future.
