药师预审方结合追踪管理法用于静脉配置中心抗肿瘤药物配置质量管理的价值

Value of pharmacist pre-examination prescription combined with tracking management method in the quality management of anti-tumor drug allocation in venous configuration center

目的探讨药师预审方结合追踪管理法用于静脉配置中心抗肿瘤药物配置质量管理的价值。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月收治的150例经静脉配置中心配置抗肿瘤药物的患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组接受常规配置质量管理,观察组接受药师预审方结合追踪管理法质量管理。比较两组的抗肿瘤药物配置情况。结果观察组的不合理医嘱总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的工作错误事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的药物不合理配置总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的配置时间、排药时间、周转天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的管理质量各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药师预审方结合追踪管理法能降低不合理医嘱率,减少静脉配置中心工作错误事件和药物不合理配置情况,加快抗肿瘤药物配置工作效率,提高抗肿瘤药物配置的管理质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of pharmacist pre-examination prescription combined with tracking management method in the quality management of anti-tumor drug allocation in venous configuration center.Methods A total of 150 patients with anti-tumor drugs in the venous configuration center from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine configuration quality management,and the observation group received quality management of pharmacist pre-examination prescription combined with tracking management method.The anti-tumor drug configuration of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of unreasonable medical orders in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of work error events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of irrational drug allocation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The configuration time,dispensing time and turnover days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of management quality and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist pre-examination prescription combined with tracking management method can reduce the rate of unreasonable medical orders,reduce the work error events and the unreasonable allocation of drugs in venous configuration center,accelerate the efficiency of anti-tumor drug allocation,and improve the management quality of anti-tumor drug allocation,which is worth promoting.
