PDCA循环管理模式在介入导管室感染管理中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in infection management of interventional catheter room

目的探究PDCA循环管理模式在介入导管室感染管理中的应用效果。方法于我院2020年3月至2021年5月对院内介入导管室开展PDCA循环管理模式,并将2019年1月至12月未实施循环管理的阶段作为干预前展开对比,并随机筛选两个时期收治的64例介入导管室患者以及我院介入导管室14名医护人员作为调查对象。比较PDCA循环管理模式干预前、后的感染管理效果、患者护理满意度和医院感染发生情况。结果干预后的导管室院感工作规范化、导管室环境卫生管理、导管室空气消毒措施、规范导管室手术人员管理、术中体温管理评分均高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的患者护理满意度高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的空气管理不合格、物品管理不合格、人员管理不合格、患者感染发生率均低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式在介入导管室感染管理中的效果显著,可有效提高科室感染管理水平,提高患者护理满意度,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in infection management of interventional catheter room.Methods From March 2020 to May 2021,the PDCA cycle management mode was carried out in the interventional catheter room of our hospital,and compared with the stage of non-implementation of cycle management from January to December 2019 as the pre-intervention,and 64 patients in the interventional catheter room admitted in the two periods and 14 medical staffs in the interventional catheter room of our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of investigation.The infection management effect,nursing satisfaction of patients and occurrence of hospital infection before and after PDCA cycle management mode intervention were compared.Results The scores of standardization of hospital infection work in catheter room,environmental sanitation management in catheter room,air disinfection measures in catheter room,standardized management of surgical personnel in catheter room and intraoperative body temperature management after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients after intervention was higher than that before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unqualified air management,unqualified goods management,unqualified personnel management and patient infection after intervention were lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model has a significant effect in the management of infection in the interventional catheter room.It can effectively enhance the infection management level of the department,improve nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
