加氢装置高压空冷器K_(p)值的意义和算法讨论

摘要 加氢装置反应流出物系统常用K_(p)值即硫化氢和氨的摩尔分数乘积来表征硫氢化铵的腐蚀程度。该文对K_(p)值的来源和意义做了分析研究,以避免产生概念混淆和错用的问题。以加氢装置的实际运行数据为基础,使用流程模拟软件进行详细计算,并将结果与简捷算法的计算结果进行对比,证明简捷算法精度较高,可用于K_(p)值的日常监控,尤其适用于具有热高分流程且循环氢脱硫工艺正常运行的加氢装置。简捷算法有一定的适用范围,使用时要进行核算验证。 The K_(p)value,which is the product of molar fraction of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia,is used to characterize the corrosion degree of ammonium hydrogensulphide in the reaction effluent system of hydrogenation unit.Then the source and significance of K_(p)value were analyzed to avoid confusion and misapplication.According to the actual operating data of the hydrogenation unit,detailed calculations were performed using process simulation software,and the result was compared with the outcome of the simplified algorithm.It was proved that the simplified algorithm has high accuracy and can be used for daily monitoring of K_(p)value,especially for the hydrogenation unit with hot high pressure separating process and normal operation of circulating hydrogen desulfurization process.However,the simplified algorithm has a certain scope of application,and needs to be verified before use.
