连云港市制造业高质量发展水平评价及推动路径

Evaluation and drive path for high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Lianyungang city

制造业是立国之本、强国之基.为推动连云港市制造业的高质量发展,从创新驱动、结构优化、经济效益、绿色发展4个维度构建制造业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS评价模型测算2010—2021年连云港市制造业高质量发展水平及其演变态势.结果表明:连云港市制造业高质量发展水平总体呈上升趋势,其创新驱动和绿色发展方面发展水平相对较高,结构优化和经济效益发展方面存在不足,有较大的提升空间.从强化自主创新、提高制造业核心竞争力,优化产业结构、培育壮大战略性新兴产业,狠抓质量效益、推动制造业提质增效,加快绿色转型、支持绿色低碳制造转型等4个方面提出适应连云港市制造业高质量发展的推动路径.

The manufacturing industry is the foundation of a strong country.In order to promote the high-quality development of Lianyungang s manufacturing industry,a high-quality development indicator system of the manufacturing industry is constructed from four dimensions,i.e.innovation driven,structural optimization,economic efficiency and green development.The entropy weighted TOPSIS evaluation model is used to calculate the high-quality development level and evolution trend of Lianyungang s manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2021.The results indicate that the overall development level of the manufacturing industry in Lianyungang is on the rise trend.Innovation driven is the primary factor affecting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Lianyungang.Green development plays an important role in promoting the development of the manufacturing industry.Finally,the promotion path for high-quality development of Lianyungang s manufacturing industry is proposed from four dimensions:strengthen independent innovation to improve the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,optimize industrial structure to strengthen strategic emerging industries,pay close attention to quality benefits to promote the efficiency of the manufacturing industry,accelerate green transformation to support the transformation of green and low-carbon manufacturing.
