飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术在高度近视眼患者中的应用

Femtosecond Laser Small Incision Lens Removal in Patients with High Myopia

目的分析飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术在高度近视眼患者治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院眼科于2020年2月至2023年1月收治的高度近视眼患者42例(84眼)临床数据,所有患者均行飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术治疗。对患者术前与术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、等效屈光度(SE)进行比较;比较患者术前与术后1个月、3个月、6个月的角膜光密度。结果患者手术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月的UCVA、BCVA、SE与术前相比明显改善(均P<0.05)。患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月各点位角膜光密度与术前相比无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论在高度近视眼患者治疗中,采取飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术,可有效改善患者视力水平,安全性好。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of femtosecond laser small incision lens removal in the treatment of patients with high myopia.Methods Forty-two patients(84 eyes)with high myopia admitted to our ophthalmology department from February 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected,and all of them were treated with femtosecond laser small-incision lens removal.The patients'preoperative and postoperative naked-eye visual acuity(UCVA),best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and equivalent refractive error(SE)were compared;the patients'corneal optical density(anterior,intermediate,posterior,and overall)were compared between the preoperative and the postoperative periods of 1 d,1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months.Results The patients'UCVA,BCVA,and SE at 1 d,1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery obviously improved compared with the preoperative period(P<0.05).There were not statistical difference in the patients'corneal optical densities at each point between each postoperative time-point and preoperative period(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of patients with high myopia,the adoption of femtosecond laser small incision lens removal can effectively improve the level of vision of patients,with good safety.
