孕前保健护理对计划妊娠二胎妇女的心理情绪、健康知识认知水平及生活质量的影响

The Effects of Pre-Pregnancy Health Care on Psychological Emotion,Health Knowledge and Quality of Life of Women with Planned Pregnancy

目的探讨孕前保健护理对计划妊娠二胎妇女的心理情绪、健康知识认知水平及生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年6月至2023年6月于福清市江镜镇卫生院门诊治疗的计划妊娠二胎妇女300例,随机数字表法均等分成对照组(150例)、观察组(150例)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组给予孕前保健护理。比较护理后两组心理情绪、健康知识认知水平及生活质量。结果计划妊娠二胎妇女护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低(均P<0.05);护理后观察组在孕期保健、科学饮食以及预防缺陷方面的健康知识认知水平评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组的生活质量各项评分均较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论孕前保健护理能有效改善计划妊娠二胎妇女的不良心理情绪,提高健康知识认知水平,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of pre-pregnancy health care on psychological emotion,health knowledge cognition and quality of life of women with planned second pregnancy.Methods Select three hundred cases of women with planned second trimester pregnancies who were treated in outpatient clinics of Jiangjing Town Health Centre from June 2021 to June 2023,were divided into control group(150 cases)and observation group(150 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pre-pregnancy health care.The psychological emotion,health knowledge cognition level and life quality of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the care of women with planned second pregnancies(both P<0.05);The scores of the observation group's health knowledge awareness level in pregnancy health care,scientific diet,and prevention of defects were higher than those of the control group after care(all P<0.05);After care,all quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Pre-pregnancy health care can effectively improve the poor psychological mood of women planning to have a second child,improve the level of health knowledge cognition,improve the quality of life.
