基于零缺陷理念的流程再造护理对白内障手术患者术后康复的效果

The Effect of Optimal Nursing Process Based on Zero Defect Concept on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Cataract Surgery Patients

目的分析基于零缺陷理念的流程再造护理对白内障手术患者术后康复的效果。方法前瞻性纳入在厦门大学附属厦门眼科中心2021年1—12月期间收治的172例白内障患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组86例采用常规护理,观察组86例采用基于零缺陷理念的流程再造护理,比较两组护理后效果。结果护理2周后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压、心率稳定情况优于对照组(均P<0.05),说明观察组患者应激反应轻;观察组前房深度视力改善也优于对照组(均P<0.05);低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)评分及护理满意度评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者实施基于零缺陷理念的流程再造护理,相比传统护理,能够更好地稳定患者对手术的应激反应,促进眼睛术后康复,改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of process reengineering nursing based on zero defect concept on postoperative rehabilitation of cataract surgery patients.Methods A total of 172 cataract patients admitted to Xiamen Ophthalmology Center,Xiamen University from January to December 2021 were prospectively included and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method.86 patients in control group received routine nursing and 86 patients in observation group received process reengineering nursing based on zero defect concept.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05),indicating that the stress response of the observation group was light.The improvement of anterior chamber depth visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The score of Quality of Life scale(CLVQOL)and nursing satisfaction of patients with low vision were better than those of control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional nursing,process reengineering nursing based on zero defect concept can better stabilize patients'stress response to surgery,promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve patients'prognosis.
