针对性护理对甲状腺手术患者情绪及睡眠的影响

The Effect of Targeted Nursing on Emotion and Sleep of Patients Undergoing Thyroid Surgery

目的为促使甲状腺手术患者术后康复,就针对性护理的实施效果进行探讨。方法研究时间是2021年10月至2022年10月,研究对象是78例甲状腺手术患者,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,观察两组的满意度、并发症、心理状态、睡眠质量等及对护理的满意度。结果护理后,观察组对护理满意度与对照组相比更高(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率与对照组相比更低(P<0.05);护理干预前,两组心理情况无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表测评(SAS),两项心理状态评分与对照组比较更低(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者睡眠质量各项评分与对照组比较均更高(均P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可以改善和调节患者的不良心态,改善患者睡眠质量,促进患者术后康复。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of targeted nursing in promoting postoperative recovery of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods The study was conducted from October 2021 to October 2022,with 78 patients undergoing thyroid surgery randomly divided into a control group receiving routine care and an observation group receiving targeted care.The satisfaction,complications,and psychological status of the two groups were observedSpecific nursing conditions such as sleep quality.Results After the nursing care,the nursing care satisfaction of the observation group was higher compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);Before the nursing intervention,there was no significant difference between the psychological conditions of the two groups(P>0.05);after the nursing intervention,the observation group's self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the two psychological state scores were better compared with the control group(both P<0.05);After the care,all the scores of sleep quality of the patients in the observation group were higher compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can improve and regulate patients'negative mentality,improve sleep quality,and be beneficial for postoperative rehabilitation.
