摘要
深圳机场T3航站楼适应性改造是国内首例大型机场航站楼不停航施工条件下大面积进行楼内流程及建筑功能改造项目。介绍了适应性改造原则和流程,阐述了航站楼不停航施工的加固改造设计要点,对整体结构进行了复核,给出了主要加固技术方案,并得到了以下结论:航站楼的适应性改造,首先应根据实际情况确定不停航设计施工的改造流程,其次根据改造原则确定结构改造加固设计原则,再次通过方案比选确定合适的改造处理技术方案;通过带温度预应力筋楼板开洞加固补强、带预拉钢拉杆的钢斜撑加固、楼板+工字钢加固、水平钢筋抗剪键等方案解决了相应技术难点,最后与施工组织及施工措施密切配合,确保航站楼不停航施工的升级改造目标。
The adaptive renovation of T3 terminal building of Shenzhen Airport is the first large-scale airport terminal building process and building function renovation project under non-stop construction conditions.The principle and process of adaptive renovation were introduced,the key points of reinforcement and renovation design for the non-stop construction of the terminal building were expounded,the overall structure was reviewed,the main reinforcement technical scheme was given,and the following conclusions were obtained:the adaptive renovation of the terminal building should first determine the renovation process of non-stop design and construction according to the actual situation,then determine the design principles of structural renovation and reinforcement according to the renovation principles,and then determine the appropriate renovation treatment technology through the scheme comparison.The corresponding technical difficulties were solved through the solutions of opening and reinforcing the floor slab with temperature prestressed reinforcement,steel skew reinforcement with pre-drawn steel tie rod,and floor+I-steel reinforcement,horizontal bar shear key,etc.Finally,the construction organization and construction measures were closely coordinated to ensure the upgrading goal of the terminal’s non-stop construction.
