摘要
第十届中国花卉博览会酒店项目由酒店客房及其他配套用房组成。结合客房区建筑模块化及标准化的特征,创新性地采用了轻型模块化钢结构组合结构体系,系统介绍了轻型模块化钢结构在项目中设计与应用的情况。建设初期对不同模块拆分方案的优缺点进行了对比,确定了结构最终的模块单元划分。对结构设计中的关键问题和解决方案进行了重点阐述,包括基础设计、施工误差引起的荷载偏心处理、连接节点及计算模型的设计处理等。对结构进行了整体分析,结构整体计算指标均能满足规范相关要求。项目建设速度快,会后可快速拆除及整体运输,模块箱体可异地循环使用,具有较大的综合效益。通过本工程的实践,成功应用了该模块化结构体系,为该体系在类似项目中的推广提供了可靠的工程经验。
The 10th China Flower Expo hotel project consists of the guest room area and other supporting rooms.Combining with the characteristics of modular and standardized building in guest room area,the light steel modular structure system was innovatively adopted,and the design and application of the light steel modular structure in the project were systematically introduced.At the initial stage of construction,the advantages and disadvantages of different module splitting schemes were compared,and the final module unit division of the structure was determined.The key problems and solutions in structural design were emphatically described,including foundation design,load eccentricity treatment caused by construction errors,design and treatment of connection joints and calculation models,etc.The whole structure was analyzed and the analysis of the structure shows that the overall calculation index of the structure can meet the relevant requirements of the code.The project construction speed is fast,and it can be quickly dismantled and the whole transport after the expo.The modular box can be recycled in different places with greater comprehensive benefits.Through the practice of the project,the modular structure system was successfully applied,which provides reliable engineering experience for the promotion of the system in similar projects.
