注浆加固毛石砌体的受压性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国20世纪建造的市政排水渠很多采用毛石砌体拱涵,已超期服役,需进行修缮或加固。毛石砌体中毛石劣化很轻微,采用注浆法对毛石砌体灰缝进行加固。6个注浆和3个未注浆毛石砌体试件的受压试验的结果表明,未注浆毛石砌体开裂荷载略早于注浆毛石砌体,未注浆毛石砌体竖向裂缝主要沿灰缝开展,而注浆毛石砌体竖向裂缝沿毛石和灰缝开展,注浆毛石砌体抗压强度、弹性模量和泊松比分别为未注浆毛石砌体的4.23倍、25.3倍和12.3%。试验结果反映出注浆加固毛石砌体后砌体力学性能得到大大提高。 Many municipal drainage canals built in the 20 century in China use rubble masonry arch culverts,which have been out of service and need to be repaired or reinforced.The deterioration of rubble in rubble masonry is very slight,grouting method is used to reinforce mortar of the rubble masonry.Based on the comparative tests of six grouted and three non grouted rubble masonry specimens,the test results show that the cracking load of non grouted rubble masonry is slightly earlier than that of grouted rubble masonry.The vertical cracks of non grouted rubble masonry mainly develop along the mortar joint,while the vertical cracks of grouted rubble masonry develop along the rubble and mortar joint.The compressive strength,elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio of grouted rubble masonry are 4.23 times,25.3 times and 12.3%of ungrouted rubble masonry respectively.The test results show that the mechanical properties of masonry are greatly improved after grouting.
