斜拉板桥静动载试验评定与病害分析

摘要 斜拉板桥是一种特殊的桥梁结构形式,其通过将斜拉索包裹于混凝土斜拉板内,形成主梁、桥塔和斜拉板等三大主体构件有机融合的超静定结构体系。以具有代表性的番禺沙溪大桥(2×60m斜拉板桥)为对象,在建立空间有限元模型进行理论分析的基础上,通过实车荷载试验,结合竣工检测试验结果进行对比分析,深入探讨了该桥梁的结构受力特征及工作状态。研究发现,该斜拉板桥尚处于弹性工作状态,且桥梁结构动力特性良好,但结构刚度有所下降,承载能力不足。此外,还通过对斜拉板桥病害的调查,结合荷载试验结果,分析了桥梁病害成因,并提出了针对性的维修养护对策,可为同类桥梁的养护管理提供借鉴参考。 Cable-stayed slab bridge is a special form of bridge structure,which forms a statically indeterminate structural system by wrapping the cable-stayed cables inside the concrete cable-stayed slab,forming an organic fusion of three main components:the main beam,bridge tower and cable-stayed slab.In this article,taking the representative PanyuShaxi Bridge(2-span 60m cable-stayed slab bridge)as the research object,being based on the establishment of a spatial finite element model for theoretical analysis,a comparative analysis has been conducted through actual vehicle load tests and comparisonwithcompletion inspection test results,the structural stress characteristics and working state of the bridge structurehave been deeply explored.Research has found that the Shaxi Bridge is in an elastic working state,and the bridge structure has good dynamic characteristics,but the structural stiffness has decreased.In addition,in this article,the diseases of cable-stayed slab bridgeshave also been investigated and organized,the causes of bridge diseases based on load test resultshave beenanalyzed,and targeted maintenance and repair strategieshave been proposed.The analysis methods and some conclusions of this study have certain practical value and can provide reference for the maintenance and management of similar bridges.
