离子液体增容PP/PA6共混物

Compatibilization of PP/PA6 Blends with Ionic Liquids

摘要 为了提高非极性聚丙烯(PP)与极性聚酰胺6(PA6)的相容性,以ILs(ILs)为增容剂,采用双螺杆挤出机和注塑机制备PP/PA6/ILs哑铃状试样。通过X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜和万能试验机研究不同ILs含量对PP/PA6/ILs共混物的结晶结构、热性能、断面形貌和力学性能的影响。研究发现与纯PP样品相比,PP/PA6和PP/PA6/ILs共混物中出现新的β晶型,随着ILs含量的增加,PP和PA6的晶体结构均未发生变化;随着ILs含量的增加,PP/PA6/ILs共混物中PA6的熔融温度(T_(m))和结晶温度(Tc)均显著降低,而PP的T_(m)和T_(c)并未发生明显变化。另外,随着ILs含量的增加,PP和PA6的结晶度均降低;从PP/PA6/ILs共混物的断面形貌可知ILs的加入提高了PP与PA6的相容性;当ILs质量分数为10%时,PP/PA6/ILs共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均最大,分别为33.21 MPa和191.25%,与PP/PA6共混物相比二者分别提高了12.6%和847.7%。 The dumbbell shape specimens of polypropylene(PP)and polyamide 6(PA6)with ionic liquids(ILs)as compatibilizer were prepared using a twin-screw extruder and an injection molding machine.The influence of ILs contents on the crystal structure,thermal properties,section morphologies and mechanical properties of PP/PA6/ILs blends was investigated by X-ray diffractometer,differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine.Compared to pure PP samples,a newβcrystal structure appears in PP/PA6 and PP/PA6/ILs blends.The crystal structure of PP and PA6 do not change with the increase of ILs content.The melting temperature(T_(m))and crystallization temperature(T_(c))of PA6 in PP/PA6/ILs blends significantly decrease with the increase of ILs content,while the T_(m)and T_(c)of PP do not show significantly change.In addition,the crystallinity of PP and PA6 decrease with the increase of ILs content.According to the cross-sectional morphology of PP/PA6/ILs blends,the addition of ILs improve the compatibility between PP and PA6.When the content of ILs is 10%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of PP/PA6/ILs blend reach the highest,which are 33.21 MPa and 191.25%,respectively.Compared with PP/PA6 blend,they increase by 12.6%and 847.7%,respectively.
