摘要
简述了近几年国内外聚乳酸(PLA)/聚对苯二甲酸-乙二酸丁二酯(PBAT)复合材料增容改性及增塑改性的研究进展,并对其增容改性及增塑改性的方式进行归纳分类。PLA是一种具有高模量和低韧性的热塑性脂肪族聚酯,能与高韧性和可生物降解的脂肪族共聚酯PBAT共混实现优势互补。笔者阐述了反应型相容剂、接枝或嵌段共聚物对PLA/PBAT共混体系的增容机理以及改性效果,总结了增塑剂的种类以及对PLA/PBAT共混体系力学性能和界面结构的影响。最后提出当前增容改性及增塑改性存在的弊端,并对PLA/PBAT复合材料增容增塑改性的未来研究趋势进行展望。
The research progress of polylactic acid(PLA)/polybutylene terephthalate-butylene glycol glycol(PBAT)composites in recent years and the feasibility modification and plasticization modification of PLA/PBAT composites were briefly described,and the methods of capacitation modification and plasticization modification were summarized.PLA is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester with high modulus and low toughness,which can be blended with high toughness and biodegradable aliphatic copolyester PBAT to achieve complementary advantages.In this paper,the capacitation mechanism and modification effect of reactive compatibilizers,grafted or block copolymers on PLA/PBAT blends were described,and the types of plasticizers and their effects on the mechanical properties and interface structure of PLA/PBAT blends were summarized.Finally,the disadvantages of current capacity augmentation modification and plasticization modification were proposed,and the future research trend of PLA/PBAT composite capacitation and plasticization modification was prospected.
