基于Access的装备制造企业内部合同管理协作OA系统的开发

摘要 办公自动化(OfficeAutomation,OA)是信息社会的重要标志之一,即通过使用现代化的办公设备和技术,实现办公信息和办公事务的高效处理,减轻办公人员的工作量。文章通过对办公自动化组件进行定制,并基于组件中的Access工具开发了一套内部协同办公自动化系统。该系统具有项目周期短和资源分配灵活的特点,投入使用至今,运行情况良好,没有重大问题,基本能够满足业务需求,规范了公司项目管理流程,提高了工作效率,进一步提高了人员管理能力。 Office automation(OA)is one of the import-ant symbols in the information society,i.e.,it reduces the workload of office workers through application of modern office equipments and technologies,to realize the efficient processing of office information and office affairs.In the paper,an internal collaborative office automation system is developed by customizing the office automation compo-nents and based on the Access tool in the components.The system is characterized with the features of short project cycle andflexible resource allocation and has been put into operation so far,running well without any major problems,basically able to meet the business needs,thus,to standard-ize the company's project management process,improve work efficiency and further improve personnel management capabilities.
