摘要
目的 以飞行汽车旅航者X2为例,探讨面向乘员安全的飞行汽车关键硬件与系统的整机设计实践。方法 通过分析现阶段的飞行汽车设计标准、支持政策、用户需求,形成面向乘员安全的整机产品定位和设计概要。结果 开展高安全整机结构设计、降落伞安全设备、高可靠飞控系统等关键部件的研究,形成各部件的基础理论体系及设计实践方案。结论 通过对飞行汽车整机设计实践过程中各环节进行分析和评估,为开发基于乘员安全的飞行汽车的整机设计在工业造型设计、工程结构和系统设计深度融合和协同创新提供新思路。
With XPENG X2 as an example,the work aims to discuss the overall design practice of key hardware and system in passenger safety-oriented flying car.By analyzing the current design standards,supporting policies and user requirements of flying cars,the product positioning and design outline for passenger safety were formed.The research of key components such as high-safety overall structure design,parachute safety equipment and high-reliability flight control system was carried out,and the basic theoretical system and design practice scheme of each component were formed.Through the analysis and evaluation of all aspects in the overall design of flying cars,a new idea is provided for the deep integration and collaborative innovation of the overall design of flying cars based on passenger safety in industrial mod-eling design,engineering structure and system design.
