摘要
目的 以情感化设计理论为指导,设计出一款可以满足现代消费者情感需求的卫浴置物架。方法 首先,通过市场调研,分析市面上现有置物架的优缺点;然后,在情感化设计理论的指导下,确定消费者情感三层次所对应的需求,并运用AHP层次分析法进行权重分析;接着,将用户需求转化成技术要求,并建立QFD质量屋,得到三组矛盾冲突;最后,结合TRIZ理论,利用40项发明原理对矛盾进行分析解决,并运用模块化的设计方法进行设计实践。结论 AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论的结合可以规避产品设计过程中的不合理因素,客观地分析并解决问题。本文以卫浴置物架设计为例,提出将AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论应用于同类产品设计的可行性。
The work aims to design a bathroom shelf that can meet the emotional needs of modern consumers under the guidance of the theory of emotional design.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of existing shelves on the market were analyzed through market research.Then,under the guidance of the emotional design theory,the corresponding needs of the three levels of consumer emotion were determined,and the AHP was used for weight analysis.Next,the user needs were transformed into technical requirements,and the QFD house of Quality was established to obtain three groups of conflicts.Finally,combined with TRIZ theory,40 invention principles were used to analyze and solve the conflicts,and the modular design method was used for design practice.The combination of AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory can avoid unrea-sonable factors in the process of product design and solve problems objectively.Taking the bathroom shelf design as an example,this work proposes the feasibility of applying AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory to the design of similar products.
