摘要
油门装置是大型客机油门控制系统的执行装置,结构上包括油门伺服电机、传动机构和油门角度解算器。油门伺服电机接收飞行控制系统的速率指令,通过传动机构带动油门角度解算器旋转。解算器将油门角度信号输入发动机电子控制器实现对发动机推力的控制。油门装置中油门角度的控制直接影响发动机推力控制的准确性以及飞机的飞行安全。针对大型客机油门装置角度控制要求,开展油门装置驱动控制设计研究。首先,对油门装置的结构进行分析。然后,建立油门装置部件及系统整体的数学模型。最后,在Simulink下设计油门角度闭环控制系统并进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的油门装置驱动控制系统能够较好地对油门位置和速度信号进行跟踪,且响应速度快。
The throttle device is the execution device of the autothrottle of large civil aircraft,and the structure includes the throttle servo motor,the transmission mechanism and the throttle angle solver.The throttle servo motor receives the speed command from theflight control system,drives the throttle angle solver to rotate.The solver outputs the throttle angle signal to the engine electronic controller to realize the engine thrust control.The control of throttle angle in the throttle device directly affects the accuracy of the engine thrust control and theflight safety of the aircraft.Aiming at the angle control requirements for the throttle device of large civil aircraft,the research on the driving control design of the throttle device is carried out.First,the structure of the throttle device is analyzed.Then,the mathematical models of the throttle device components and the whole system are established.At last,the throttle angle closed-loop controller is designed under Simulink.The simulation results show that the designed driving control system can track the throttle position and speed signals well and respond quickly.
