净水厂不减产新增预处理设备施工技术研究与应用

摘要 净水厂在升级改造过程中,往往因为无法实现污水的减排或调度分流,出现污水直排江河流域的环境问题。本文通过对净水厂不减产新增预处理设备工艺流程研究设计了污水超越路线,研究应用临时钢闸门进行截流,根据导流污水量对抽水设备进行选型,并研究导流措施实现了污水导流,在净水厂不减产的情况下完成了既有净水厂构筑物内新增预处理设备安装。同时,解决了服务范围的污水需减排或分流调度的难题,避免了污水不经处理直排江河流域的问题,确保了净水厂上游的生产生活、下游的水质均不受影响,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。 In the process of upgrading and reforming water treatment plants,the environmental problems of direct discharge of sewage into river basins often occur because of the inability to reduce the emission of sewage or divert sewage.In this paper,the sewage diversion route is designed by studying the process flow of the installation of equipment in the existing sewage purification plant structure,temporary steel gates are used to intercept the flow.According to the amount of sewage diversion,the pumping equipment was selected,and the diversion measures were studied to achieve sewage diversion.The installation of equipment in the existing water purification plant structure was completed without reducing the production of the sewage purification plant.At the same time,it solves the problem that the emission of sewage in the service range needs to be reduced or distributed.The problem of sewage being discharged into river basins without treatment is avoided.The production and living of the upstream of the sewage plant and the water quality of the downstream are not affected.In addition,it provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
