酸醚比对C-S-H/PCE/DL-AL晶核早强剂性能的影响

摘要 本文利用聚羧酸型分散剂(PCE)和铝酸脂偶联剂(DL-AL)制备水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)纳米晶核早强剂,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)和动态光散射(DLS)分析不同酸醚比对复合体系稳定性和早强剂产品性能的影响。结果表明:当PCE酸醚比为6:1并添加DL-AL时获得的C-S-H/PCE/DL-AL纳米晶核粒径最小,中值粒径为165nm,稳定性最好;水泥净浆初凝和终凝时间分别缩短169min和182min;C50管片混凝土8h和10h抗压强度分别提高至23MPa和30MPa。 This study used polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)and aluminate coupling agent(DL-AL)to prepare calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H)nanocrystalline nuclei as an early-strength agent.The effects of different acid-ether ratio on the stability of the composite system and the performance of the early-strength agent product were analyzed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and dynamic light scattering(DLS).The results indicate that when the DL-AL to PCE acid-ether ratio is 6:1,the obtALned C-S-H/PCE/DL-AL nanocrystalline nuclei have the smallest particle size,with a median diameter of 165.0 nm,and the best stability.The initial and final setting times of the cement paste were reduced by 169 min and 182 min.The compressive strengths of C50 segment concrete at 8h and 10h were increased to 23 MPa and 30 MPa,respectively.
