摘要
柴油发电机组作为民用建筑工程的应急备用电源,对于各类建筑的用电安全及突发事件的紧急处理至关重要。为研究民用建筑柴油发电机组的负荷检测及存在的问题,本文以广州市区域内已经检测的242台机组为样本,详细分析了负荷检测的重要性及存在的问题,并进行了原因分析。结果表明,一次性通过负荷检测全过程的机组数量占到了总检测数量的95.87%,分析剩余部分机组出现问题的原因,主要有机组本身负荷不够、机组的安装质量较差、机房的环境条件有限制因素等三个方面的问题。
Diesel generator set,as an emergency backup power supply for civil construction projects,is very important for the safety of electricity consumption of various buildings and the emergency treatment of emergencies.In order to study the load detection and existing problems of diesel generating units in civil buildings,this paper takes 242 units tested in Guangzhou as samples,analyzes the importance and existing problems of load detection in detail,and analyzes the reasons.The results show that the number of units that pass the whole load test process at one time accounts for 95.87%of the total number of tests.The reasons for the problems of the remaining units are mainly three aspects:insufficient load of the unit itself,poor installation quality of the unit and limiting environmental conditions of the machine room.
