岩土工程注浆材料与工艺研究现状及展望

Research Status and Prospect of Grouting Materials and Technology in Geotechnical Engineering

注浆技术是岩土工程施工中的关键技术,目前,国内外学者在注浆技术施工工艺及理论分析方面取得了大量的成果。本文分别阐述了注浆材料、注浆方法及注浆机械的研究进展及应用;分析了单液水泥注浆、水泥-水玻璃及高聚物注浆材料的主要优缺点;总结了静压注浆法、高压喷射法、袖阀管法三种注浆技术的适用范围;对比了国内外目前较为先进的三种一体化注浆机械的技术优势,提出了注浆技术发展的新方向,为岩土工程钻孔注浆施工及突涌水应急抢险注浆修复提供参考。

Grouting technology is the key technology in geotechnical engineering construction.At present,scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of achievements in the construction technology and theoretical analysis of grouting technology.This paper describes the research progress and application of grouting materials,grouting methods and grouting machinery.The main advantages and disadvantages of single liquid cement grouting,cement-sodium silicate and polymer grouting materials are analyzed.The application scope of three grouting technologies:static pressure grouting method,high pressure injection method and sleeve valve tube method;The technical advantages of three advanced integrated grouting machines at home and abroad are compared,and the new development direction of grouting technology is put forward,which provides reference for drilling grouting construction and water inrush emergency grouting repair in geotechnical engineering.
