大型在役风电机组叶片电热防覆冰关键技术研究与应用

摘要 电热技术具有结冰环境和结冰类型适用范围广泛、防覆冰效果显著等优势,成为风电机组叶片防覆冰技术研究热点。以1.5 MW风电机组为例,介绍了电热防覆冰技术原理、系统整体架构设计、系统电气设计、加热结构设计、结冰检测及控制系统设计,阐述了电热内外部施工工艺流程和关键工序,实践证明:采用电热设计和施工方案可以满足在役风电机组叶片防覆冰技改要求,防覆冰效果明显。该电热防覆冰技术设计和施工方案可为大量在役覆冰机组工程实施提供参考。 With the advantages of wide applicability of icing environment and icing types,and remarkable anti-icing effect,electrothermal technology has become the key research technology of wind turbine blade anti-icing.This paper takes a 1.5 MW wind turbine as an example to introduce the principle of electrothermal anti-icing technology,overall system architecture design,system electrical design,heating structure design,icing detection and control system design.It elaborates on the internal and external construction process and key processes of electrothermal.Practice has shown that the use of electrothermal design and construction schemes can meet the blade anti-icing technical transformation requirements of the in-service wind turbine,with obvious anti-icing effect.The design and construction scheme of electrothermal anti-icing technology can provide reference for the implementation of a large number of in-service icing units.
