摘要
为解决输油管道设计阶段多用户、多油品混油计算工具单一、计算效率低等问题,开展多分枝管道的批次、罐容、混油量计算算法设计。通过建立管网拓扑结构描述和混油界面甄别矩阵,构建动态计算数据的更新存储空间;针对第一类和第二类混油界面分别建立界面位置跟踪预测函数,实现了混油界面判别和位置实时跟踪;编制界面混油批量计算,可结合批次对首末站罐容、汽柴混油是否可全部回掺进行快速高效核算和分析整理。
In order to solve the problems of single calculation tool and low calculation efficiency of"multiuser,multi-oil"mixed oil in the design stage of oil pipeline,this paper proposes the algorithm design for the batch,tank capacity,and mixed oil quantity of multi-branch pipelines.By establishing a network topology description and a mixed oil interface discrimination matrix,it intends to construct a dynamic calculation data update storage space;It establishes interface position tracking prediction functions for the first and second types of mixed oil interfaces,achieving mixed oil interface discrimination and real-time position tracking;It develops a batch calculation program for interface mixed oil,which can quickly and efficiently calculate and analyze the capacity of the initial and final station tanks,as well as determine whether the gasoline diesel mixture can be fully blended,based on the batch.
